Secret Brush Strokes


A lyrical commentary on the day of rapture using (mostly) medieval art (from the top: Bosch, Dürer, Unknown, Goya, Hiroshige, Wouwerman, Bauer, Dürer) and changing point of view to free my writing up again. Early versions of  a few of these were posted on Twitter where they spontaneously combusted. Published at TRUCK (July 2012).

  1. Oooo, cool and mysterious. I love the foghorn and rain fingers singing chorals. It’s a wonderful mix of sounds and images.
